Open Forum for Small Scale Food Processors

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County recently held a workshop on Small Scale Food Processing, aimed at current and aspiring food entrepreneurs to help them better understand the key factors that contribute to a successful small scale food business. 

In response to a high level of interest in the subject, a free Open Forum is planned for Friday, March 19, from noon to 1 p.m. on Zoom. The forum will be an informal event in which active audience participation will be encouraged for learning and networking. Participants are invited to bring questions and get answers specific to their operation. The forum is for all current and potential food entrepreneurs.
