Ferris Goodridge American Legion Post #330 SAL member Peter Evinsky (left) participated in the Veterans for Vets disc golf tournament on February 28 at Basil Marella Park in Greece. There were a total of 84 registered participants, 13 of them veterans. The event was hosted by the Greater Rochester Disc Golf Club which was part of the Veterans for Vets sponsored by Dynamic Disc. The event raised $1,740 for the Spencerport American Legion, exceeding the 2020 donation amount. Evinsky presented the check to 1st Vice Commander Lon Schwenzer on April 15.
