On April 28, the Hilton Lioness Club presented a check for $1,000 to the Town of Parma to assist in the Playground Renovation Project. After 37 years of independent service, the Lionesses are being absorbed into the Lions Club. Over the years the club has performed road cleanups, tree and flower planting, table decorating at Hilton East, Food Shelf assistance, financial support to local families, the Hilton Library, and other organizations, and provided a scholarship for 35 years for Hilton graduates.
