Following from Pennsylvania. Unbelievable this poor dog being locked up in the conditions she is in, it’s just cruelty to this animal. Vanessa’s family is doing everything possible in taking steps to ensure the supposed “victim”, who can’t even identify the dog that bit her, and the town feel safe with fences, outbuilding etc. My opinion is when they make the right decision and give Vanessa to her family, SHE can be safe from the insanity in this town. The Judge needs to do what is right.
