Your American Jukebox, an 18-member band made up of musicians from the Greater Rochester area, was formed in 2015. They bridge generations through music using the backdrop of the Great American Songbook. Their evergreen repertoire of big band music includes Classic Rock, Disco, Latin, Rhythm ‘n Blues, Jive, Swing, Jazz, Pop and traditional Big Band Classics. Their music represents each decade of American music from the 1920s through today.
They will be performing live, on stage at the OFC Creations Theatre Center in Brighton on Friday, September 17, at 8 p.m.
Songs will include: “Make Me Smile” (Chicago), “More Today Than Yesterday” (Tower of Power), “Last Dance” (Donna Summers), “I Love The Night Life” (Alicia Bridges), “September” (Earth Wind & Fire), and more.
