While trick-or-treating in Hilton on October 31, make sure to visit Hilton-Parma Recreation at the Community Center, 59 Henry Street, from 5 to 7 p.m., for a spooktacular Halloween Celebration. The event will be entirely outdoors, and feature a Trunk-or-Treat row down Henry Street, a bounce house, axe throwing, free doughnuts and cider for kids, a costume contest, a spooky graveyard egg ‘haunt,’ and more.
