The Town of Ogden will hold its second annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony on Friday, December 8, at the Ogden Town Hall, located at 269 Ogden Center Road, Spencerport.
Residents are encouraged to arrive at 6 p.m. for hot chocolate provided by Union Street Coffee House and festive treats and baked goods donated by Tops Friendly Market, Tim Hortons and Wegmans.
Singers from the Robert Dean Chorale will be in attendance to sing Christmas carols and Santa will make a special appearance to hand out candy canes to kids as part of the Spencerport Fire Department’s Santa Runs. Around 6:30 p.m., the event will conclude with the inaugural tree lighting. All are welcome and encouraged to attend this special event.
