Erie Canal Boat Seneca Chief made a brief stop in Spencerport the morning of September 27, as it travelled between two of its major port stops in Brockport and Rochester. The vessel’s 33-day Bicentennial Voyage commemorates Governor DeWitt Clinton’s historic 1825 journey from Buffalo to New York Harbor.
