Tops Friendly Markets has promoted Dawn Darrow to store manager of the Hilton store. Dawn started her career with Tops Markets in 1992 as a bagger. Over her 33 years, she has held several positions, including Assistant Customer Service Manager, Office Manager, Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, and Assistant Store Manager, most recently at the Tops Upper Falls Boulevard location. Dawn has also been a Key Trainer for several of the positions she held. She is a resident of Rochester.
