•Noah, Francis L., On November 16, 2013, at age 82. She is survived by her loving husband, Richard; son and daughter-in-law, David (Janice) Lloyd; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Her Funeral Service was held November 20 at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., Hilton. Interment, Parma Corners Cemetery. Donations can be made to Hilton Fire Department, 120 Old Hojack Lane, Hilton 14468 in her memory.
