•Simpson, Effie E., January 27, 2014. Predeceased by her husband, Charles. Survived by her son, Paul (Catherine Clar); two grandchildren, Christine (Joshua) Smelt and Brian; great grandson Ryan; many nieces and nephews. Effie was a longtime member of the Trinity Emmanuel Lutheran Church and a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Private interment, White Haven Memorial Park. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Rochester in her memory.
