Survived by her children, Barbara DeFazio, Michael (Diane) Prystajko, Stephen (Kathy) Prystajko and Thomas Prystajko; grandchildren, Joshua, Casey, Adam, Ashley and Erika; great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Adrianna.
Her Funeral Mass was celebrated February 24 at Holy Name of Jesus Church, Rochester. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Contribution can be made to a charity of one’s choice in her memory.
