Survived by his mother, Mary Jane Plopper; his children, Steven (Jennifer) Plopper and Susan Tellier; six grandchildren; brother, Christopher (Susan) Plopper; several relatives and dear friends.
His Graveside Service with Military Honors was held March 26 at Parma Union Cemetery.
