•Freeman, Daisy E., age 99, formerly of Peachey Road, died March 29, 2014 at the LeRoy Village Green Nursing Home. Mrs. Freeman was born March 12, 1915 in Pavilion, a daughter of the late Daniel and Margaret Dickens Gleber. She is survived by her children: Thomas Freeman of Ocala, Florida, Judy Acker of Byron, William (Jeanne) Freeman of Byron, James (Jacklin) Freeman of Bergen, Karen (Thomas) Copeland of Byron and Jeffrey (Bridget) Freeman of Eustis, Florida; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great great grandchild; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Darrell Freeman Sr., a son, Darrell Freeman Jr., a son-in-law, Al Acker and her six siblings.
Her Funeral Service was held April 3 at the Bergen United Methodist Church. Interment in Byron Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to the Bergen United Methodist Church in her memory.
