•Lucyshyn, Amelia M., Died April 21, 2014 at age 94. Predeceased by her brothers, Peter and Henry Polkowski. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Steven Lucyshyn; children, Michael Lucyshyn, and Janice (James) Schillaci; grandsons, Samuel J. (Becky) Lucyshyn and Michael J. Schillaci; and great-grandchildren, Zoe, Dominic, Mia, and Jessica.
A Funeral Mass was held April 24 at St. Helen’s Church, Gates. Entombment, Riverside Cemetery. Donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice in her memory.
