•Scheiber, Kenneth E., 65, of Medina and formerly of South Byron, died May 9, 2014 at Buffalo General Hospital. Mr. Scheiber was born November 9, 1948, in Batavia, a son of the late Daniel and Beatrice (Shultz) Scheiber. A lifetime member of the South Byron Fire Department, he was a mechanic at International Paper in Rochester. Survivors include his wife, Diane (Bates) Scheiber of Medina; two sons, Pete (Deb) Scheiber of Oakfield and Charles (Joyce) Scheiber of Chili; two grandsons, Collin Scheiber of Oakfield and Ryan Scheiber of Chili; one brother, Robert (Vicky) Scheiber of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Donna Morrow of Rochester and Barbara Thompson of Avon; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were held May 12 at the Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, Batavia. Donations can be made to American Diabetes Association, 315 Alberta Drive, Amherst, NY 14226 in his memory.
