•Lessard, Rosa (Dinoi), May 9, 2014 (age 94). Born to Rosario and Pauline Dinoi in Worcester, Massachusetts. Graduated from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston. Predeceased by her loving husband, Clifford L. Lessard who passed on October 24, 2008, and by her brother John Dinoi and sister Anita Keegan. Rosa is survived by her brother-in-law, Ray Keegan; children, Mark (Jen) Lessard and Paul (Sue) Lessard; grandchildren, Lyn, Joseph, Matthew, Amiee and Caresse; step-grandchildren, Ellen and Jim Ryan; great-grandchild, Andrew (son of Lyn Lessard); and many loving nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Rosa was an organist and music director in many churches, helped churches establish music programs and choirs and also had a great number of individual music students.
Her Memorial Service was held June 7 at Immanuel Baptist Church, Rochester. Private burial in Worcester, Massachusetts. Donations can be made to the scholarship fund for the American Guild of Organists, Rochester Chapter or St. Jude’s Hospital in her memory.
