Phyllis is survived by her loving children, Sarah (Nicholas) Rector, David Insalaco; sister, Laurie Wise; brother, John Bianchi; aunts and uncles; niece and nephew, Lyndsay (Ryan) and Scott (Allyson) Wise; many cousins and friends.
