•Leverenz, Charles J. “Chuck,” died August 26, 2014. Predeceased by his granddaughter, Stephanie Warren. Survived by his wife, Betty; daughters, Vicki Leverenz, Valerie (Steve) Warren, Kelly Leverenz (Dave Willis); grandchildren, Randi (Patrick) Maloney, CJ Wolck, Renee and Hilary Warren, Andrew and Haley Willis; great-grandchildren, Morgan and Ryan Maloney; his sister, Yvonne (Richard) Alexander; sister-in-law, Mary (Charlie) Depew; brother-in-law, Gary (Jackie) Wolf; nieces, Yvette Alexander and Alissa (Giovanni) Wolf; nephews, Jeffrey (Tracey) Wolf, Karl (Carrie) Alexander and great nephew, Zach Alexander.
His Memorial Service will be held Sunday, September 7 at 3 p.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, Hamlin. Contributions can be made to the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center or St. John Lutheran Church in his memory.
