Harold R. Van Voorhis

•Van Voorhis, Harold R. “Dutch”, Chili: April 7, 2015; 86. Harold was a loving husband and a devoted father and grandfather. He is predeceased by his parents, Harold and Catherine; grandson, Christopher; brother, Keith; and sister, Barbara Mutschler. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Dorothy; sons, Roger (Dana), David and Scott; grandchildren, Tyler, Kelsey, Courtney, Spencer and Caroline; brother, Carl (Gail); and nieces and nephews.

Harold graduated from Madison High School, RIT and the U of R. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Harold worked at Eastman Kodak Company for 36 years, retiring as an Electrical Engineer. An outdoorsman, he enjoyed skiing, golf and fishing.

Friends may call Friday, April 10, 4-7 PM at the funeral chapel (2305 Monroe Ave.). A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 9:30 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church, 534 Oxford Street, Rochester, NY 14607. Interment at White Haven Memorial Park.
