•Oliver, Frances L. (Mingo), Chili: Monday, August 10, 2015 at age 86. Predeceased by her father, Alphonse Mingo, mother, Mary (Frank) Marussich. Survived by her loving husband of 62 years, William; children, Deborah (Jonathan) Salber, William (Kathleen), Joseph (Christine), Stephen (Laura); 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. Fran was a life long member of the St. Pius Tenth Church.
