Jean S. Travis – 5/09/1924-10/11/2015
Went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at 91 years of age. She is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, Dr. Arden Travis; her two children, David (Melanie) Travis and Ruth (Cass) Stacy; six grandchildren: John, Matthew and Daniel Travis, and Christen (Ryan) Schmid, Andrew and Lydia Stacy; sister Helen (John) Heaslip, nephews Stephen (Holly) Heaslip and Paul Heaslip.
A celebration of Jean’s life will be held on Monday, October 26, 11:00 a.m. at Park Ridge Free Methodist Church, 10 Straub Road in Rochester, New York. Friends and family are invited to come at 10:00 a.m. to greet Jean’s family. A luncheon at the church will immediately follow the memorial service.
