Churchville: Age 69 went home to God Thursday, September 8, 2016. Predeceased by his parents June & LaVerne “Pete” Crane and two grandchildren. Survived by his wife, Cheryl (Claffey); his son Richard Crane; daughter, Tiffany Austin; son-in-law, William Austin; his grandson, George Vogler; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Mitchell, Michelle (Terry) Stevens, Heather Claffey; his brothers-in-law, William (Donna) Claffey, David (Karen) Claffey, Douglas (Julie) Claffey and Trevor (Donna) Claffey and many nieces and nephews.
Darryl graduated from Brighton High School. He served his Country in the Army, 1967 thru 1970. He was employed at General Motors/Delphi for 31 years. Darryl is a past President of the Niagara Chapter of Antique and Classic Boats. To light a candle of remembrance please visit www.alifecelebrated.com
Visitation will be Monday 4-8 PM at Walker Brothers Funeral Home, 21 S. Main St. Churchville. His funeral service is Tuesday 1:00 PM at Trinity Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 761 Elmwood Rd. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be sent to Alzheimer’s Association 435 E. Henrietta Rd Rochester, NY 14620 in his memory.
