Gates – Wednesday, January 30, 2019 suddenly at age 54. Predeceased by her mother, Barbara Sura. Survived by her husband, David; children, Dominique and Lyndsay; father, Charles Sura; brothers, Kevin (Cheryl) Sura and Donald Sura; father and mother-in-law, Anthony (Maria) Boscarino; several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Carrie was a devoted wife, mother, sister and friend and a dedicated employee of Windstream.
