Greece, NY – 84 years old, passed into God’s arms on April 11, 2019. He was predeceased by his first wife, Maureen Pierce (nee Newton); granddaughter, Ashley Pierce; and sister-in-law, Sheila Dixon.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Virginia Pierce (nee Pantalone-Wright); daughters, Laura Marcello (James), Julie Pierce of Cheektowaga, NY, Alsion Sebastian, and Cynthia Pierce; grandchildren, Elisha Townsend (Michael), David Miller, Jordan Pierce, Amanda Danderburggen, Justin Pierce, Angela Pierce, and Adam Pierce; great-grandchildren, Marvin, Maximus and Lilianna Townsend, Brittany, Gage Anthony, and Kaleb Pierce, Emma Pearl Bostock, and Aerys Brown; brother, Gerald; sister-in-law, Katie (Robert) Ames; brother-in-law, David (Coleen) of Brookline, MA; step-son, Vincent (Karen) Wright of North Carolina; many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Ronald was active in the US Air Force for 23 years followed by 23 years of service at Eastman Kodak Company. He was an active member of St. Lawrence Parish. He enjoyed fishing, exercise, gardening, and music.

Friends may call at Arndt Funeral Home, 1118 Long Pond Road (South of Maiden Lane) on Monday 6-8 pm. Everyone will meet on Tuesday 9:30 am at St. Lawrence Church (North Greece Road) for Funeral Mass. Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
