Spencerport – Mary lost her heroic battle with Cancer on August 1, 2020 at age 62. Predeceased by her father, Leo M. Cunningham. Survived by her son, Kellan D.L. Head; mother, Joan M. Cunningham; brothers, Dan P. (Mary Ellen) Cunningham, Robert L. (Donna) Cunningham, James G. (Susan Grace) Cunningham.
Mary was a dedicated, professional RN in the NICU at Strong Memorial Hospital for 35 years.
As per New York State regulations, guests are required to wear a mask for the visitation and the Funeral Mass. For the visitation, please sign up for a reserved time on the funeral home’s website, www.walkerbrothersfh.com. Family will be receiving friends 3:00-7:00 pm on Thursday, August 6th at the funeral home, 15 West Ave. Spencerport. Her funeral service will be 10:00 am on Friday, August 7th at St. John the Evangelist Church, 55 Martha St. Spencerport. Interment will be after mass at St. John’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society, Memorial Processing Center, PO Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718 in Mary’s memory.
