Spencerport – Peacefully passed away on Friday November 13, 2020 at age 94. Predeceased by her husband “Joe” Fosmire; sister Rita; parents William & Millie. Shirley is survived by 3 daughters; JoAnn Davis, Mary (Michael) Kinsky & Patty Mattson; grandchildren, Stacey, Amy and Todd Davis, Suzanne, Scott and Maggie Kinsky, Kelly Kaye, and Joseph Wagner; 11 great grandchildren; nephew and nieces. Shirley was a retired teacher in Spencerport School District. Special thank you to the staff at Hildebrandt Hospice for all the care that Shirley received.
