Hilton, NY – Passed away at age 83, on February 25, 2021, surrounded by family. Born October 30, 1937 in Rochester, NY, Sam leaves behind his beloved wife of 62 years, Shirley (McBride) D’Agostino; Survived by sons, Robert (Lori), Thomas (Teresa) and James (Jodie) D’Agostino; grandchildren, Mindi, Jimmy, Trisha, Robin, Tommy, Samantha, Michael, Nick, Kristina, Jamie, Shannon, and Katie; 7 great-grandchildren; 5 brothers; 1 sister; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents, Salvatore and Rosetta D’Agostino and brother, Jerry.
Sam was a loving husband, father and grandfather who dearly loved his family and will be greatly missed.
