Hamlin – Sunrise May 2, 1978 – Sunset July 28, 2021
Survived by his loving parents, Steve and Susan Lowenguth, his father James O’Connell, his grandfather, his beloved “Kitty”, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many good friends. Joe was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. He fought a long battle with diabetes and renal failure.
