Gates – Friday, February 18, 2022 at age 91. Predeceased by his parents, George and Paraskevi; and brothers, Nikos and Triantafilos. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Evangelia; children, George (Anne) and Athanasio “Tom” (Mary Jo); grandchildren, Eva, David, Nick, Odiseas, Ava and Angeline; brother, Spiro Tsimboukis of Greece; sister-in-law, Despina (Vasili) Zisis; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Odiseas moved here from Greece in 1976 and built a successful life for his family in the United States. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
Family and friends may call at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 962 East Ave. Rochester, NY 14607 Tuesday 9-11am. Funeral Service to follow calling at 11am at the church. Interment, Grove Place Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
