Survived by his children, Tim Rauber & Jenna (Josh) Rafte; granddaughter, Kinsley Rafte; siblings, Tom (Gail) Rauber, Eileen Skivington, Ann Comden & Fran Gebhart; best friend, Heather Thomas and dogs, Tank & Cody; nieces and nephews; and many close friends & neighbors.
Joe was the owner of The Stone Man Masonry Company in Hilton.
Visitation Friday, March 25th, 4 – 7 pm at Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue, Hilton. Spring Graveside Service in Lakeview Cemetery.
