Survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Elaine; his children, Beth (Tom) Metzger, Mark (Deborah), Kenneth, Christopher & Matthew (Mary Kate) Frank; sister, Teresa Smith; grandchildren, Andrew (Emily) Frank, Sara (Alex) McConeghey, Molly (James) Coons, Kevin (Toria), Katherine & Emily Frank, Tyler & Connor Metzger; great grandson, Shepard Frank; and several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Frank; brothers, Rev. Edward, Charles & Walter Frank; & brother-in-law, William Smith.
