Friday, July 1, 2022 at age 63 after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his wife, Donna. Survived by his children, Pat (Jenna) and Kelly Donovan; John’s girlfriend, Laurie Massaro; brother, Dan (Melissa) Donovan; and other loving family members. John was a member of the Chili Fire Dept. for over 30 years and a longtime member of the Henrietta Ol’ Henries Drill Team. He retired from Highland Hospital after 38 years of service. The family would like to extend a special thank you to family, friends, the Chili Fire Dept., and other agencies for their love and support during John’s journey. Funeral Mass Tuesday, 10am at St. Pius Tenth Church, 3000 Chili Ave. Rochester, NY 14624. Interment, St. Pius Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Chili Fire Dept.
