Walter Passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023 at the age of 92 in Haverford, PA.
He is survived by his sister, Joy Lawrence of Newton Square, PA; brother, David (Paula) Veltz of Leland, NC; 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
Walter was born in Rochester, NY August 30, 1930, the son of the late Walter Edward and Blanche M. (St. Pierre) Veltz. Walter lived most of his life in Rochester before moving to Haverford, PA in January 2022. He was a parishioner of St. Theodore RC Church of Rochester. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, May 24th, 11 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 55 Martha St. Spencerport, NY 14559. Interment to follow in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery.
