Ronnie was born in Syracuse, NY and grew up in Red Creek, NY. She graduated from the Albany School of Pharmacy in 1969, where she met her husband of 53 years, Larry. Ronnie later joined Larry as a Pharmacist at Wegmans for 24 years, until their retirement in 2012, where she made many friendships that continue to this day. Always a patient and thoughtful teacher, Ronnie was beloved as the “go-to” preceptor and mentor for young pharmacists and technicians. Ronnie loved animals and nature, especially her beloved Airedale terriers. On any given day, right up until her passing, Ronnie could be found tending to her beautiful gardens and feeding the birds. Always quick to help and never one to complain, Ronnie will be remembered by all for her selflessness, compassion, and good humor even as she faced several health issues in recent years.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 16 from 4 to 7 pm at Walker Brothers Funeral Home (21 S. Main St, Churchville, NY). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 17 at 11 am at Church of the Epiphany (3285 Buffalo Rd, Gates, NY), followed by a graveside service at the Riga Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a gift in Ronnie’s memory to the Lollypop Farm Humane Society of Greater Rochester.
