Joan W. Buell, aged 83 passed away on December 8,2023.
Joan is survived by her husband Albert L. Buell; her three children, Geoffrey (Kitty) Buell, Greg (Kacky) Buell and Lewanne (Tom) Nettles. 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and siblings.
