Passed away December 14, 2023, aged 77.
He is predeceased by his parents, Tom & Dorothy Chambers; brother of the heart, James Toogood.
Rocky is survived by his wife, Rose Chambers; children, Suzanne (David) Lepkowski of Spencerport, NY & Rebecca (Kurt) Griffen of North Chili, NY; grandchildren, Samuel, William, John David & Leo; sister, Bonnie Baker of Mansfield, OH; brother of the heart, Jerry (PJ) Toogood of Phoenix, AZ; nieces, Kate King of Perrysville, OH & Chris Brashear of Toledo, OH.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 15 West Ave. Spencerport, NY 14559 on Wednesday, December 20th from 4-8pm. Rocky’s funeral service will be held at North Chili United Methodist Church, 2200 Westside Dr, Rochester, NY 14624 on Thursday, December 21st at 11am. Interment will follow at Creekside Cemetery in Churchville. Memorial donations may be sent to the Natural Heritage Trust – Crown Point State Historic Site at 21 Grandview Drive, Crown Point, NY 12928.
