Rochester – September 2, 2021, age 82. Survived by wife, Sally; children, Steven (Elizabeth) Coffey, Carolyn Barwald, David (Collette) Coffey; 7 grandchildren; sister, Joan Coffey; & several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Jack’s life will be held Friday, Sept. 17, 2021 from 1-5 pm at the Donald Schlieter Lodge in Braddock Bay Park, Hilton.
