February 12, 2024, at the age of 81.
Bill was predeceased by his son, William John III; his sister, Burma (Bruce) Skinner; and his parents, William and June (Ebert) Dunkleman. Survived by his beloved, Sylvia (Quattrone); daughter, Susan (Kevin) Palmer; granddaughters, Brianna Dunkleman and Sydney Palmer; and grandson, Zachary Palmer. Bill was born on 11/13/42, in Buffalo, NY. He served his country as a U.S. Marine for 7 years. He lived in Rochester with his soulmate of 55 years, Sylvia. Bill retired from UPS after 30 years as a delivery driver.
A Military Honor Service will be held at Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home on Sat., March 16, 2024, at 11am. Memorials may be made to the Semper Fi Fund
