Students in Carol Cowan’s Child Development II class at Hilton High School recently learned from Mike Hare, Hilton firefighter, about fire safety and how to properly use a fire extinguisher.
Fire safety is an important part of the curriculum as it relates to teaching preschool and elementary school, and working in a daycare facility.
