CWD continuing education culinary classes to begin

The BOCES 2 Center for Workforce Development (CWD) is offering five new culinary classes this fall: Preserving WNY’s Bounty through canning, dehydration, and fermentation; Soups On; Freezer Meals; Cooking Basics; and even a Saturday class for Kids in the Kitchen – age 8 to 15. 

All classes are taught at the BOCES 2 WEMOCO Career and Technical Education Center, 3589 Big Ridge Road, Spencerport. Class sizes are limited. The Center for Workforce Development is fully committed to maintaining the health and safety of our students, staff, and visitors. Guidelines on individual health assessments, physical distancing, regular disinfecting, and the wearing of masks have been established.
