New member appointed to Holley Board of Education
Jennifer Reisman was appointed to the Holley Board of Education at its meeting on October 16. She fills the vacant seat of former board member and President, Robin Silvis. Reisman’s appointed term will end on May 21, 2024, which is the date of the annual Board Election and Budget Vote. During the September Board of Education meeting, Anne Winkley was appointed as Board President and Salvatore De Luca Jr., as Vice President.
Jennifer Reisman has been a resident of Holley for 10 years. She and her husband have two children at Holley Elementary. Reisman is a graduate of Williamson High School, and her husband is a Holley alumnus. She graduated from SUNY Delhi with an associate degree in hospitality management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in hospitality. Professionally, Reisman works as a financial analyst for the University of Rochester. She and her family are local business owners, where they consistently strive to be a positive entity in the community. Having children who will be students in the school system for many years to come, Reisman has a keen interest in maximizing the effectiveness of the school system. As a school board member, she will challenge herself and others to make the best decisions for the students, staff, and all residents of the Holley School District.
