STEM-designated program prepared graduates for high-demand roles in AI-driven business and data science

As artificial intelligence and data analytics transform industries worldwide, Nazareth University is launching a Master of Science (M.S.) in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to equip professionals with the skills to lead in an AI-powered business landscape.

Nazareth designed the graduate program in response to the rapidly evolving skills needed to thrive in a business environment. It combines advanced data analytics techniques with advanced AI skills to prepare future business leaders for sought-after roles in the global economy. Graduates will be equipped to leverage AI-powered insights that will drive innovation and success across industries.

“Nazareth’s Master of Science in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence reflects the University’s commitment to shaping the next generation of leaders who are not just skilled in data analytics and AI but are also prepared to apply these tools responsibly,” said Jeffrey Allan, Ph.D., director of Nazareth’s Institute of Responsible Technology. Allan’s breadth of experience in founding and leading successful Silicon Valley startups and spearheading strategic initiatives for multinational tech firms in Asia gives him in-depth experience to lead the master’s program.

Housed in Nazareth’s Institute of Responsible Technology (IRT) within the School of Business and Leadership, the business analytics and artificial intelligence graduate program is ideal for those with a business or computer science background, working professionals aiming to upskill to AI-driven business strategies, and individuals interested in leading in a data-rich, AI-powered environment. The curriculum integrates AI applications, predictive modeling, big data analysis, and business strategy, preparing graduates for roles such as:

The 16-month program is designed for flexibility, offering full-time, in-person, and hybrid learning options to accommodate working professionals and recent graduates alike. “Nazareth’s Institute for Responsible Technology has quickly established itself as a regional leader in AI, offering innovative bachelor’s programs in AI and ethical data science, alongside industry certifications and research partnerships,” said Maureen Finney, Nazareth provost, who has more than 20 years of experience in innovative excellence in higher education leadership. “This forward-thinking initiative reflects the breadth of Nazareth’s academic offerings – where technology, ethics, and interdisciplinary learning intersect to prepare students for the evolving workforce.
