Keyes, Ingraham pace Rangers

Eighth-graders Celeste Keyes and Leah Ingraham each had two individual first place finishes and were part of a winning relay team to lead Spencerport to a 100-76 win over Batavia in girls’ swimming.

Keyes won the 100-Butterfly in 1:05.72 and the 100-Backstroke in 1:08.07 while Ingraham touched first in both the 500-Freestyle (5:52.37) and, just three events later, the 100-Breaststroke (1:21.94). The Rangers swept the top three spots in the 500 with Sydney Federico and Sara Bonfiglio taking second and third respectively.

With sophomore Nicole Dates and junior Kate Dunn, both were part of the winning meet-opening 200-Medley Relay team in a time of 2:09.14.

Dates took first in the 200-Freestyle in 2:08.04 while senior Mia Krolczyk finished first in the 200-Individual Medley in 2:34.34.
