For the first time in school history, Churchville-Chili’s girls varsity volleyball team won the Section V Class A Championship on May 1, defeating Webster Thomas 3-2. Skylar Jehlen and Jaycee Karelus were selected for the Section V Class A All-Tournament team, and Camryn Karelus was named tournament MVP. The only other time the Saints girls volleyball team made it to the sectional finals was in 2006 where they were defeated by Penfield.
