Daniel and Margret Peckham of Hamlin are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Stephanie to Justin Manning, son of Jeffrey and Cynthia Manning of Rome, New York.
Stephanie is a 2005 graduate of Brockport High School. She graduated from Niagara University with a bachelor of arts degree in elementary and special education and went on to receive a master’s degree in literacy from SUNY Brockport. Stephanie is a second grade teacher in Kendall.
Justin is a 2007 graduate of Rome Free Academy. He graduated from Buffalo State College with a degree in mechanical engineering. Justin is employed as a mechanical engineer for Associated Spring in Syracuse, New York.
A July 2014 wedding is planned.
