Gail Serratt and Tom Hill have announced their engagement.
Gail is pastor of Ogden Baptist Church in Spencerport.
Tom recently took early retirement from Alstom Signaling, Inc. as electrical engineer.
Their wedding is planned for October 4, 2014 at First Baptist Church, Brockport.
