Town of Ogden should be disgusted. I dont care if a dog bit someone or not, how do you justify keeping a dog in its own feces and urine for 10 months? Spraying her with a hose and covering her with water and feces? In a kennel that was previously closed down for inhumane conditions. All of those responsible are scumbags. The least you could provide is basic medical assistance, a clean kennel and walks. No justification for these corrupt animal abusers.
