Having Bottom encourage Jew killing to impressionable students places Brockport in the identical position as those German universities in the 1930s that embraced gleichschaltung.
Also, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at Harvard shortly before his death with great wisdom and prescience said: “When people criticize Zionists, they mean Jews; you’re talking antisemitism”..Bottom’s hate filled view of Zionism represents precisely the antisemitism Dr. King warned us about. There is no doubt Bottom will spew his Jew hatred to Brockport students if permitted.
For President Mac Pherson to use free speech as a cover to have impressionable students encouraged to kill police and kill Jews is pathetic and inimical to everything serious education represents. Unless Brockport disinvites Bottom every homicidal cop killer and Jew killer will know Brockport is the place to go to recruit sycophants for their evil missions.
