Collins; daughter Susan (Michael) Collins Thaine; grandchildren Abigail and Kyle Thaine; step-mother Virginia Collins; brother Kenneth Collins Jr; sister June (Rudy) Jansa; sister Grace Epstein; cousin Mary Jo (Lewis) Collins Cole.
A memorial service will be held at The Villages of Orleans, Albion NY on January 3, 2015 at 2:00.
